Struggling with violence against women at a workplace
One of the worst forms of violence addressed indirectly to women is psyhological harassment at work. It is one of the worst serious and "the most silent" form of psihic violence encountered especially in corporation, but not only. Mobbing, currently, present a "plague" in developing societies against which we owe, and we also have an obligation to act and react. A first step in counteracting the fenomenon must be made, by the fact that it is necessary to "walk" in the laws. More than that and concrettly, the unification and alignment of the laws of the member countries "could" make a common front in order to diminish and counteract the phenomenon, which proliferates every day. First of all, a "labour law" recovery, which is coherent, predictable and firm, is required to remove abuses against female employees. This wold be a first step in fighting the phenomenon that ravages among the vulnerable, group women. I believe that society, each of us, should be "educated" in the civic spirit of struggling and taking action when "such" signs of violence even indirectly at the workplace are "shows" to us. We need to know both our rights and obligations and not allow dignitis and workplace safety to be broken... .
